He is having more than 55 years of experience spanning real estate and property development, engineering, and civil construction.

With over three decades of experience in the real estate sector, Mr. Parag Munot has been a defining force in the industry. As Managing Director of Kalpataru Limited, one of India's leading real estate developers and the flagship company of the Kalpataru Group, he has occupied a central role in its leadership. Under his direction, Kalpataru Limited has grown into the one of the largest real estate developer in Mumbai and Thane. He has also led the Kalpataru Limited's foray into Hyderabad, Noida, and Nagpur, and continues to drive growth plans for Kalpataru Group's real estate and construction businesses.

Across nearly three decades, Mr. Manish Mohnot has built extensive experience spanning the Energy, Infrastructure and Public Private Partnership (PPP) sectors. He has been central to transforming the Company into a fully integrated asset-light Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) organisation. Under his leadership, the Company has successfully executed strategic acquisitions of global entities in Sweden and Brazil, enabling business expansion and profitability. His present focus ison transforming KPIL into a multi-billion-dollar globally integrated organisation by leveraging advanced technologies, automation, and state-of-the-art project management practices. Through his stewardship, the Company has achieved strong revenue growth while maintaining excellent profitability and reducing leverage.
Deputy Managing Director
Holding a degree in Civil Engineering, Mr. Shailendra Kumar Tripathi carries nearly four decades of experience in civil construction, heavy civil infrastructure, industrial facilities and Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects. He has been central to building the organisation, its people, systems and processes, and scaling the Company's civil infrastructure business. His experience covers residential and commercial buildings, industrial facilities, airports, metro rail, water supply, roads, highways and other major civil infrastructure projects across India.

An accomplished professional with wide-ranging expertise, Mr. Dhananjay Mungale has built a distinguished career in investment banking, corporate banking and private banking across Europe and India. With a career spanning 25 years, he held senior leadership positions in Europe and India at Bank of America and DSP Merrill Lynch. Since 1999, he has served on the boards of prominent companies in India as an Independent Director. He also serves on advisory boards of select private equity firms and investment committees of family offices in India and London. Mr. Mungale actively mentors emerging talent within the Fintech ecosystem across India and internationally.

Mr. Bimal Tanna is a fellow Chartered Accountant and Commerce Graduate from University of Mumbai with four decades advising major domestic/multinational corporate / PE clients in financial due diligence, valuation, direct taxation and audit.

She began her legal career with Dhruve Liladhar & Company, Advocates & Solicitors, and subsequently spent significant number of years with leading law firms including DSK Legal Advocates & Solicitors, Mumbai, where she was a Senior Partner from 2004 to 2015.
